It’s slow as molasses and I hated the film carriers, but the Plustek is one fine machine.
And… you have to manually advance the holder. I actually like that part about it… less parts to fail.
Lovely shot. I’m so glad that you like contrast on the high side.
BTW, it really annoys me that scanners are either crap or really, really slow. It cannot be hard to make a scanner with the speed of the Pakon and the quality of a cinema scanner, such as a Spirit or Northlight.
